Zdrava hrana je tu oko nas.Jedite trešnje i višnje one
su pune antioksidanasa.Posebno antocijana ima više u trešnjama nego u
malinama i šljivama.Tu je i kivi koji je takođe pun antioksidanasa i vitamina C
za njega je dobro da se može jesti u voćnoj salati ili sa jogurtom,mlijekom.
Crveni paradajz
je pun antioksidanasa ali onaj kuhani ima još više.Borovnice jedite ujutro za
doručak ima puno antiokidanasa a imaju tako malo kalorija.Jedite zeleno,špinat
je zelene boje i sve što je zeleno je zdravo pa zelen treba jesti bar jednom
dnevno jer su puni vitamina i minerala.
